Our turn key red light violation processing system is designed to prevent fraud and unauthorized use. We provide streamlined red light and speed violation processing, highly customizable workflow and biometric-accessed terminals for police officers, operators and administrative adjudicators.

Customized for the Illinois market, our system can capture both still pictures as well as video to dramatically improve operational efficiency and decrease violation challenges. In addition to video our violation image review operators can rely on highly accurate Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) to cut processing time and increase license plate matching accuracy.

RedSpeed’s trained violation review operators process violations in real-time with three independent verifications of license plate/vehicle make and model prior to each red light citation being issued to the violator. 

Additionally, the program is supported by call center personnel who help individuals on a municipality-specific basis, and are prepared to answer violation questions, assist in the resolution of payment disputes, and provide guidance relative to challanges and contests by mail.

RedSpeed Illinois is actively working with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) and the Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) in obtaining permits and license plate data.
